This is the first way which does not work your lats. I’ll show you that next time. This one is building muscle next to your shoulder blades in your upper back area which is where I lack muscle and that’s why I love doing this exercise. must make sure to support your back with your left arm like I’m doing as to not actually use your lower back and hurt it. Just isolate it to the arm movement only.
